Problems on Alpha/Tru64 Unix

1. Adding user: Error message as
   The password and group files are currently locked by another user.
   Please try again later.
   while running useradd, groupadd, /usr/bin/X11/dxaccounts, etc...
   Solution: Delete the file /etc/.AM_is_running
